Elizabeth M. Paukstis has been practicing law with Alden Law Group since April 2019.
Prior to joining Alden Law Group, Elizabeth wrote and published investigative reports on civil rights law and policy at the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. She also represented incarcerated clients in class action litigation at the ACLU National Prison Project.
Elizabeth received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016 with Recognition for Exceptional Pro Bono Service. While in law school, she worked at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and the Poverty and Race Research Action Council.
Elizabeth received her B.A. in Political Science from New York University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She received her M.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin. Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.
